Advanced Casings Corrosion Detection Techniques Using Machine Learning in Oil Wells

Project Type: Self-Initiated

Project Description

The project was developed to identify structural rust and degradation in the protective steel pipes of oil wells. By leveraging machine learning algorithms, this method automatically analyzes complex sensor data to pinpoint defects far faster and more accurately than traditional manual inspections. Ultimately, this integration of artificial intelligence shifts the industry toward predictive maintenance, allowing operators to prevent costly well failures and environmental leaks before they occur.
