Ultrasonic & loT Pipeline Health Monitoring System

Project Type: Self-Initiated

Project Description

The Intelligent Pipeline Health Monitoring System aims to improve the safety and efficiency of pipeline operations by enabling early detection of faults such as leaks and structural weaknesses. The system relies on MEMS vibration sensors to continuously monitor subtle signals, with data transmitted via IoT technologies such as cellular networks to ensure long-range coverage. The data is analyzed using intelligent algorithms to enhance detection accuracy and reduce false alarms, while a real-time dashboard provides instant alerts and clear visualization. This system offers a cost-effective, scalable, and reliable solution for pipeline integrity management.
