Heat Exchanger System for Crude Oil Preheating Using Steam Energy

Project Type: Self-Initiated

Project Description

This project focuses on designing a heat exchanger system that recovers low-pressure steam, which is typically wasted in industrial processes, and uses it to preheat crude oil. The goal is to improve energy efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and enhance overall process performance. The system also addresses common challenges such as fouling and pressure drop, making it suitable for practical and lab-scale applications.
